When a task goes beyond querying — involving notifications, write-backs, or process steps — state the goal, the scope of impact, and the confirmation gates clearly.

Step1. State the deliverable in one go

At minimum, include: filter criteria + deliverable + whether data gets changed.

Step2. Review the plan and scope of impact

For complex tasks, use Plan/Task mode: have the Agent list the steps, the data scope, and any fields it might write back before executing.

Step3. Confirm critical actions

When a task involves write-backs, deletions, bulk updates, or external notifications, read the confirmation card before you confirm. If there's no confirmation card, production data should not be changed.
