Runtime administrators / app owners have permission to manage the enterprise knowledge base
The enterprise knowledge base serves both development-time and runtime Agents. Write app-wide Knowledge here that serves as background context while the Agent runs.
Click New knowledge base, fill in a name, then write your Knowledge in the markdown editor and press Ctrl+S to save.

The enterprise Skill library holds Skills published app-wide — everyone can view and use them.
Updating the enterprise Skill library triggers a review. Administrators / app owners handle the review of these changes.
